For me, yoga has been my key to finding peace and strength—on and off the mat. My classes incorporate asanas (poses) that help lengthen and strengthen the body as well as pranayama (breathing) to find the perfect mind-body balance. As a certified Reiki Healer, when I work with you, I am working with you from a level of deep healing. I work with my clients with healing hands, and I use both sound and aromatherapy for their healing properties.
